I have experience of providing expert services in insurance claims, health and safety prosecutions in the criminal courts and civil litigation cases. I am a Certified Member of the Expert Witness Institute and hold the Cardiff University Bond Solon Expert Witness Certificate for criminal law.
Sometimes unplanned events happen, and whether it results in equipment damage or, worse still, injury, I am able to provide support and help companies ensure that they are prepared for any enquiries. I can also assist insurers in assessing risk and liabilities.
If an issue does progress to court, I am experienced in preparing expert reports compliant with the Civil Procedure Rules (Part 35) and the Criminal Procedure Rules (Part 19) along with associated practice directions.
I have prepared joint reports where there are differing opinions between experts submitted to the Court and I also have experience of attending court and being cross-examined.
