Important information about our courses

Please contact us to enquire about commissioning a training course.

You can download our full terms and conditions below, but the salient points to note are:

1. We can’t pencil in dates and hold them indefinitely. If you want to secure the dates we will require a purchase order.
2. A deposit is usually payable at the time of booking, the balance falling due prior to the course taking place.
3. Unless stated, there are no minimum or maximum numbers. We suggest a cap of around 12 as that makes for a engaged group size, but it is not essential.
4. Prices given are per course, hosted at your own premises. We can arrange a convenient venue on request (which may incur extra charges).
5. We can tailor courses to suit you (or even create bespoke ones) but additional fees may be incurred if significant development time is required.
