This is a short course designed to enable those responsible for commissioning or managing temporary events to understand their legal obligations with regard to electrical systems.
It illustrates the relevant aspect of the law, the appropriate British Standards and how to ensure compliance is met by suppliers and contractors. It also discusses typical problems that may be encountered and fosters an understanding of the need for systems to be properly designed and planned through typical examples of poor practice.
